By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Reservation and Check-In Policies

2.1 Reservation Requirements

To make a reservation, you must be at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued photo identification and credit card are required at check-in. The name on the reservation must match the name on the identification.

2.2 Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation number from us. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations that appear to be fraudulent, suspicious, or made under false pretenses.

2.3 Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Failure to check out by the designated time may result in additional charges.

2.4 Age Restrictions

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to register for a room, access the casino floor, or participate in gaming activities. Valid identification will be required.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1 Room Rates and Taxes

All room rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and resort fees. Room rates may vary based on dates, availability, and promotions.

3.2 Resort Fee

A daily resort fee is charged in addition to the room rate. This fee covers amenities such as Wi-Fi, fitness center access, and other hotel services. The resort fee will be disclosed at the time of booking.

3.3 Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidental charges. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, minus any charges incurred during your stay.

3.4 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash payments are accepted for certain services but not for room reservations or security deposits.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the room type, rate plan, and booking period. The specific cancellation terms applicable to your reservation will be displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email.

Generally, standard reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made after this time or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.

5. Hotel Policies

5.1 Occupancy Limits

Each room type has a maximum occupancy limit for safety reasons. Exceeding this limit is not permitted and may result in additional charges or eviction without refund.

5.2 Smoking Policy

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vaping devices, is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking in non-smoking rooms will result in a cleaning fee.

5.3 Pet Policy

Service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines. For pets, please contact our reservations team for information about our pet-friendly rooms and policies. Additional fees may apply.

5.4 Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacements will be applied to the guest's account.

5.5 Noise and Disturbance

We ask that all guests respect the comfort and security of others. Excessive noise or disturbances that affect the experience of other guests may result in eviction without refund.

6. Casino Policies

6.1 Age Requirements

All guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter the casino floor or participate in gaming activities. Valid identification is required and will be checked.

6.3 Casino Loyalty Program

6.4 Photography and Recording

Photography and video recording are prohibited on the casino floor. Fenurelle reserves the right to confiscate cameras or recording devices used in violation of this policy.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Fenurelle or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running our website

  • Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Interfering with any other user's enjoyment of our website

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims, damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to us, if any, for accessing or using our services during the six (6) months prior to bringing the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fenurelle, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
